Schedule change for more writing time

Hey all,
I’ve had some time to consider the course schedule and would like to ensure you have enough time to complete a quality annotated bibliography and technology paper. I have rearranged the schedule is such:

Monday, October 13th Workshop day -Bring in everything you have completed for your paper on paper (working draft of ideas, start of your annotated bibliography, individual sources, etc. etc.) We will talk more about the bibliography (which will be due on Wednesday, October 15th) and you will have time to workshop on your individual papers. Post on the blog about your annotated bibliography in response to questions.

Wednesday, October 15th Slack & Wise reading –Read & post “chpt 13: Identity Matters” (Slack & Wise) pp. 149-172 & bring in your flash drive with your annotated bibliography completed.

Friday, October 17th Blackmon reading -Read & post “(Cyber)conspiracy theories?: African American students in the computerized writing environment” (Blackmon) pp. 153-164 (pdf on blackboard).

Monday, October 20th –Bring in your paper on a flash drive, be prepared to talk about your paper with your peers, Read about the next assignment (Avatar Representation assignment).
