Description: Create a visual portfolio of your mediated identities as well as a paper with a clarification of and argument about those identities. Provide 5 (minimum) representations of you in online or digital spaces. Provide a description of the content, context, form, and audience for each representation. Portfolios can be developed in physical or digital form. Written portions of papers should be 4-5 pages.
Goal: To persuade your audience to understand the choices you made for textual representation in particular contexts.
Purpose: The purposes for this assignment are to recognize how we are defined visually and make arguments for our mediated identity choices.
Audience and Context: Your instructor, other faculty, graduate students, and peers at Michigan Tech. I encourage you to develop your portfolio on poster board or PP slides for a laptop so many audience can view your production at the same time.
Due Date: Paper and portfolio due at the End of Week 10- present in Walker Arts Building CCLI lab on the Mac side.
